I started donating in 1978 when I was 17. Through all of life’s changes with work, family and the ups and downs, I have tried to donate on a regular basis. Today as I write my story after my donation, and sip my coffee in the donor clinic, I reflect on the 237 whole blood donations I have made, and it makes me smile. I hope this will inspire others to commit to a lifetime of donations as well.
