Jim Pattison Broadcast Group in Lethbridge has promoted the Lifesaving Summer campaign to encourage blood donation among its listeners every August since 2013. During this time, they have also donated advertising and on air support to ensure the campaign’s continued success.

Country 95 and B-93 staffs are proud members of Partners for Life who believe in educating their listeners on the importance of giving blood and the need for new donors. They often invite Canadian Blood Services representatives to help co-host morning shows with radio personality Brent “Brooksie” Brooks.

Brooksie became a donor in 2004 when his future wife invited him to give blood. Now, he is a dedicated 50-time donor committed to reaching higher milestones. Always happy to lend a hand to the cause, Brooksie never turns down an opportunity to emcee the Lethbridge Honouring Our Lifeblood events, which he has been doing for the last 12 years.
