Community Support for Hockey Gives Blood Sweeps New Brunswick

The Acadie-Bathurst Titan team from the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League has always shown their support of Canadian Blood Services by promoting local donation events on social media. This past year, team members and the coaching staff took their commitment to the next level by joining the Hockey Gives Blood movement and donating blood, many for their first time. Players also took the opportunity to thank donors by handing out t-shirts and signing autographs, to the delight of attendees. The team knows it’s important to be involved in the community where they play hockey and were proud to support hospital patients in New Brunswick.
