On Thursday, September 27th, Canadian Blood Services presented its 2011/2012 annual report, A Report to Canadians, to the Ministers of Health at their annual general meeting in Halifax, N.S. The report highlights achievements and initiatives that were launched to support our overall commitment to deliver quality health-care services safely and reliably.
