New guidelines for posting non-union employment opportunities
Canadian Blood Services is implementing new job posting guidelines for non-union positions to ensure fair hiring processes and greater transparency across the organization. The Non-Union Posting Guidelines provide standardized, organization-wide procedures for posting non-unionized positions. Moving forward, non-union positions of 12 months or more in length must be posted internally for seven business days.
