Canadian Blood Services understands the importance of your Pre-1986 Post-1990 Hep C Government Compensation Program claim and has instituted the following instructions to help process your claim package.
Before you call Canadian Blood Services
- Please, do not call Canadian Blood Services unless you have sent your claim package to the Fund Administrator.
Your claim package must go the Pre-1986 Post-1990 Hep C Government Compensation Program Fund Administrator initially for it to be processed by Canadian Blood Services.
- Make sure your claim package been confirmed as received by the Fund Administrator.
Another important part of the Pre-1986 Post-1990 Hep C Government Compensation process is to have the Fund Administrator confirm their receipt of your claim. Have this information ready for Canadian Blood Services.
Once you have confirmed your claim package with the Fund Administrator, it is time to call us.
