When you make an online donation, you will receive an email confirming your donation followed by a receipt mailed to you through Canada Post. If you encounter any problems with the online donation process or have any questions about donations, please call our fundraising office at 613-739-2339.

Canadian Blood Services has engaged Blackbaud Inc. as its online fundraising software provider. Blackbaud collects and uses the data (demographic information, donation amount, payment information, etc.) that you submit through this Internet-based tool. Blackbaud discloses your name, address, amount donated, along with details of any request that your donation be directed to a specific program, to Canadian Blood Services to facilitate the management of our fundraising campaigns. Blackbaud does not disclose your financial information (e.g. credit card information, bank account information) to Canadian Blood Services or to any other organization.
